Support Worker (Robins House)

If so come and join our team in Robins in Pembury near Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with learnings disabilities to live full and rewarding lives.
The 7 individuals living in the house, some of whom have a little independence, require a number of hours support which is provided by a team working different shifts throughout the week. Some sleep in’s will be required.
They enjoy trips to the garden centre, the pub or a café and staying in touch with their families is important to them You’ll also support them with their day to day activities such as shopping, cooking, household chores, some personal care and pursuing their hobbies.
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience of working with adults with a moderate learning disability or be keen to learn
• Be flexible
• Ideally have some knowledge of dementia or downs syndrome
• Ideally hold a full UK driving licence
