Safeguarding

The people we support are at the very heart of our organisation and their safety and happiness is our number one priority.

We believe that everyone has the right to be treated with dignity and respect and to feel safe, cared for and protected at all times.

Pepenbury fosters a culture of excellence and all staff bear the responsibility for the safety of those they work with and the quality of their care.

A comprehensive staff training and development programme and a wide range of policies are in place. Our policies are regularly monitored and reviewed.

Our services undergo regular audit and there are rigorous checks in place to ensure we consistently meet the high standards we set ourselves.

The Safeguarding Policy aims to prevent problems arising and states what we will do if things don’t go as they should.
