Holly Cottage is newly refurbished supported living accommodation for two people with learning disabilities situated in a beautiful rural location close to Pembury village. All service users living in Holly Cottage are given the opportunity to access our accredited City & Guilds Entry Level Skills for Working Life course.
This five-bedroom house has been recently refurbished throughout. It is a wonderful home in a peaceful rural setting with stunning views over the High Weald of Kent. Support is shared between five tenants and we are working with them to help them develop their independent skills and gain City & Guilds Entry Level Skills for Working Life qualifications. Four active, social men of varying ages live at Hawthorns.
Ash offers supported accommodation for one person in a one bedroom flat, with their own front door but with room for sleep in support if needed. The flat is based on Pepenbury’s Cornford Lane site with extensive facilities and support close at hand.
Ash is intended to provide a first step towards independent living, allowing people to gain the skills and self-confidence they need to progress to live on their own.
Willows (ground floor)
The new Willows development has four spacious ensuite rooms with a shared kitchen and living area and sleep in support available if needed. It is intended for people with a minimum of 20 hours support per week. Support can be provided by MOST, Pepenbury’s community support service. Community Houses and Flats
Located in the popular St John’s area of Southborough, near Tunbridge Wells, Honeysuckles is a modern home set in a peaceful cul-de-sac. High Brooms railway station is within a quarter of a mile and there are shops nearby. The house has 4 bedrooms and room for an overnight carer if needed. There is a landscaped garden to the rear. Four young, busy women currently live at Honeysuckles.
Lower Green Road
Located in Pembury, Tunbridge Wells, this spacious 3-bedroom bungalow (1 allocated for sleep-in support), is close to local amenities and only a short bus ride from Tunbridge Wells town centre. There are gardens to the front and rear and a driveway leading to a garage. Currently occupied by two independent adults with mobility issues. One man and one woman share the property.
Situated in the beautiful Kentish village of Pembury, this modern, terraced three bedroom house is ideally situated just off Lower Green Road. It is a short bus ride from Tunbridge Wells town centre with all its shops, cafes and local amenities. Paddock Wood and Tonbridge town centres are also within a few miles by bus. Three men of varying ages and interests currently live here.
One of our more recent supported living ventures, Moira’s House is designed to encourage younger adults with a learning disability to experience a new level of independence. Situated in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, it comprises nine bedrooms on three floors. Nine adults of varying ages, interests and levels of mobility live at this property. Moira's House tenants are part of the local community and enjoy a great social life. With our support they have the chance to prepare for even greater independence.
