At Pepenbury we believe everyone should have active lives and opportunities to achieve their wishes and dreams.
We offer a range of stimulating and creative daytime activities to help people with a learning disability gain new skills and opportunities for social interaction. We also offer one-to-one community support to help people to be active within their communities.
Provides a wide range of catering, arts, sports, IT, horticulture, small animal care and daily living sessions that offer opportunities for personal growth as well as therapeutic benefits. Sessions run every weekday and can be booked in half-day or full-day sessions. Facilities are wheelchair accessible.
City & Guilds - Entry Level Skills for Working Life Qualifications
People have the opportunity to train towards City & Guilds qualifications in
- Animal care
- Land Conservation
- Information Technology
- Hospitality, Catering and Retail
These are accredited qualifications and are recognised by employers.
MOST (Milestone Outreach Support Service)
MOST offers one-to-one support for people living in their own homes within the community. Support workers help with daily living skills or support people to access community-based activities.
Primrose Horticultural Project
Primrose offers people with a learning disability the chance to learn about growing fruit, vegetables and flowers in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The project has therapeutic and social benefits, as they work alongside other people from the community; tending to the plants and produce – which is then sold in the Primrose shop and locally.
