Choosing where and how to live is fundamental to each person’s happiness.

Pepenbury understands that families can find the choices over where their relatives might live and how much support they will need, bewildering.

Our friendly and experienced staff team work in partnership with families to provide information, advice and guidance. We ensure that the right package of care and support is in place and that the best advice about funding and how to access it are provided.

Everyone is treated as an individual and is supported to be as independent as possible so that they can live the life they want. This could involve residential care, supported accommodation, day services or support within the community (MOST).

We encourage clear, honest and open communication with families and ensure that the voices of people with a learning disability our heard. We listen to what people want and do our utmost to help them achieve their dreams and wishes.

But it doesn’t stop there. We ensure that families remain fully involved in their relative’s ongoing care and support, reviewing how things are going and making any changes that are needed.
