Tell us what you think of our services

In order to continually improve our services, we value the observations and comments of those who live in our care homes, attend our day services or are supported by our domiciliary care services as well as their relatives and any visitors. So please pass on any compliments, comments or complaints regarding our care and our services to any member of staff and it will be brought to the attention of the person in charge.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver the highest quality care and support services, we acknowledge that despite our best efforts, there may be occasions when we do not get it completely right. We will always respond to any complaints quickly and ensure they are fully investigated and addressed. In most cases, any complaint brought to our attention will receive a response within 3 working days.
