Gender pay at Pepenbury and Autism Sussex

As employers we are proud to announce that the gender pay gap at both Autism Sussex and Pepenbury (united as Aspens Charities) shows that the female average hourly rate is 2% higher the the male average hourly rate.  This compares to a national average hourly rate of 17% higher for males.

It gives their students a first hand opportunity to learn more about people with learning disabilities in our community. Our Coffee Shop is now operating on winter hours and will be closed Saturday and Sunday's. The site will be open to visit as normal. Just make sure you bring along your own drinks and snacks.

Our new opening times are Monday to Friday 10:00 to 14:30.

The coffee shop offers hot drinks, sandwiches and hot lunches. Come by and say hello.

Paralympic champion Will Bayley MBE has announced he is becoming an ambassador for Pepenbury.

Will Bayley MBE, the men’s class 7 World number one Para table tennis player, has announced he is joining together with Kent learning disability charity Pepenbury to become an ambassador.

He won the hearts of the nation during the Rio Paralympic Games in 2016 when he ‘completed the impossible’ and claimed Paralympics GB’s gold medal in the men’s class 7 table tennis...

Pepenbury's Magical Roundhouse

Corporate volunteering is an important part of Pepenbury's daily life and over the summer AXA, Laing O'Rourke, Adaptive Globalization and Xperiasoft have been working hard over the summer on a special project with our estates team and it has finally been completed.  Visit our woodland's and come and find the medieval round house it is spectacular.

Do you buy logs for your wood burner or open fire from a garage, fancy getting better value for you money, then come and try a bag of Pepenbury log's and in the process help the charity, we currently have bags of Log's for both Wood Burners and Open Fire's available at our main site in Pembury at £5.00 a bag, bulk purchase is also available.

All monies rasied through the sale of log's is used to the benefit of all residents at Pepenbury.
