Training & Development
The function of the department is to provide for generic minimum training levels, specialist training and continuation training & development activities. The department works in partnership with all other departments and serves as a central point of contact for all staff training & development requests.
Pepenbury training and development is also able to provide an exciting range of consultancy, training & assessment services to external organisations working in the health & social care & learning disability sectors. All our courses can be developed to meet the needs of individual organisations, though ready made short courses and development activities are available in:
